Kraig Marquis

Kraig has been a licensed Realtor since 2004 and began selling real estate in southwest Florida before moving back to the Wilmington area in 2007. He and his associates, The Marquis Team, specialize in residential sales, new home communities, waterfront properties, and investor opportunities along the NC coast. 

Kraig has been recognized annually as a Multi-Million Dollar Top Producer and has received many sales awards. Originally from Maine, Kraig graduated with a degree in Environmental Engineering from Cornell University before attending graduate school at UNC Chapel Hill. During summers at Chapel Hill, he traveled to Wrightsville Beach on the weekends to be near the water, boating, fishing, and everything else this special area has to offer. Danny Copenhaver

Growing up in the mountains of southwest Virginia, Danny is a highly motivated individual with over 30 years of sales and marketing experience. After serving the education field as a teacher, coach, and assistant principal, he began his sales career in the school fund raising business serving over 25 years as a Field Sales Manager. In 2004, he retired from Reader’s Digest with top producer awards, many incentive trips, and as a leader in account growth and retention. 

In 2004, Danny joined the on-site sales team at Promontory, the ranch club in Park City, Utah where he was a sales executive for the upscale second home community overlooking the ski resorts of Deer Valley, Park City, and the Canyons. After meeting his sales goals, Danny was given the opportunity to relocate to Columbia, SC to work on a condominium project on Lake Murray – Crystal Point. Following a successful launch at Crystal Point, Danny returned to the Wilmington area and continued his work as an on-site agent at TidalWalk, a seaside community in Wilmington, NC. 

After working with the developer for three years in a very difficult market, Danny joined a local brokerage in August 2010 and quickly produced over 1 million in listings. The Marquis Team and Danny then moved to Keller Williams Realty and now look forward to working with future clients to help them find the property or home of their dreams. Keller Williams provides all the tools needed to make the buying or selling experience as smooth as possible and Danny will combine his 30 + years of sales and marketing experience to make the process work for all parties.

Teri Fisher

Originally from Maryland, Teri graduated with a degree in Marketing from the University of Maryland. She always envisioned herself being a Realtor and finally made that dream come true in 2015, shortly after moving to the Wilmington area with her husband and two daughters. Prior to becoming a licensed real estate agent, Teri was a Marketing Director specializing in social media and event marketing.
